Duru Cyborg® Plus Total Knee System, which is designed to treat
both degenerative and in¬ammatory arthritis, oteoarthritis in both
congenital and acquired diseases and traumaticarthritis and other
lesions induced by degenerative osteoarthritis and in-ammatory
arthritis provides a complete range of prosthesis joint replacement.

CYBORG® PLUS TOTAL KNEE
The design of Cyborg® Plus prosthesis ensures optimal mobility by restoring the muscoligamentous function. It has been conceived to quarantee a correct alignment and an and minimized materials wear. In the Cyborg® Plus Total Knee System, the central rotation ability has been increase and in femoral level the patella has been balanced due to the depth given to the posterior condyles. This design allows for a full extension by reducing the increasing pressure by helping the ¬exion. Consequently, the patient gains the ability to make the full extension movement much easier and quicker. Additionally, between full extension to mid-¬exion movement range, xed center of rotation has been achieved and the ligament-tension has been decreased.

Cyborg® Plus Total Knee System reduces the stress after the prosthesis implantation by designing the femoral surfaces patellar moment arm longer. and this often results in reducing the anterior knee pain after a knee prosthesis operation.Reducing the stress on the joint reduces the pain on the anterior knee of the patient while getting up on the chair, climbing or descending the stairs or walking long distances.

Cyborg® Plus Toal Knee System has different versions, which are fixed and mobile bearing prosthesis.are used to both protect cut the posterior cruciate ligament. Cborg® ARC Total Knee System are knee prosthesis that are used to both protect and cut the posterior ligament, has 3 parts; which are Femoral component, Tibial component and Tibia Insert allows rotational movement for cemented applications.

Femoral Compenent
Femoral Components are made of CrCoMo alloy. The anatomical structure of the Femoral components are avaliable for both cruciateretating ( CR ) and curicate sacrificing ( PS) of the posterior curicate ligaments. The inner surface has a macroporosity suitable for cemented press -fix fixation. It is availabe 11 sizes.

The distal portion of the femoral component’s OPEN BOX design feature is designed to allow the application of retrograde femoral intramedullary nail.

The bone contact surface is shaped to allow minimal bone resections.

Two conical pegs, aid the compenent’s fixation, opposin to mobilization on the frontal plane and stress shielding.

In the cement application, in order to increase fixation of the prosthesis to bone, the inner surface is Waffle patterned.

TIBIAL COMPANENT
The Cyborg® Plus tibial component is made of CrCoMo alloy, forces. It’s no- anatomic structure making it fit the both left and right knee and it is suitable forcmented fixaton. 11 sizes are available for optimal fitting to all anatomical conditions.

Kiel Triangular structure of base plates provides metaphyseal fixation and prevents anterior-posterior tilting moevements and torsinonal forces.

INSERTS
Inserts are made of Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene and High Crosslink Ultra HighMolecular Weight PolyEthylene without calcium stearate. The inserts, for both CR and PS versions, are avaliable in 11 dierent sizes each of which are in 6 dierent thickness option.

The posterior stabilization mechanism starts working at 155° flexion, ensuring complete rollback just before the maximum muscular strain, by generating an optimal posterior ligament function.

Since the insert’s posterior slope allows straight resections, the surgical technique is easier, therefore the force distribution ability on the bone structure is much improved.

FIX INSERT
Fix Insert locking system are being immobilized on the tibial base plate’s sled-shaped slots with a 45° angle from anterior to posterior.

MOBILE INSERT
Mobile inserts are designed in such a way to allow for lockable center and full rotation.

The CR in the system , in addition to it’s cruciate retaining rotation attribute is capable of translational motion in 5 mm.
